The small rectangular yellow lights below the headlights with the triangle shaped light attached? There are 2 screws holding the lamp assembly in place below the light. Remove them and you can pull the assembly out almost, just barely far enough to disconnect the bulb holders.

They're one of those plastic twist into place, give it a quarter turn to remove things. My driver, your passenger, one had some issues filling with water and blowing the bulb.

Sometimes you have to lower the bumper a bit to get to the screws that hold the light

Just take the light out. A five minute affair.
I've seen those headlights aftermarket here in the US.
Easiest way to access that little light is to unmount it from the frame.

That looks like a seald beam unit on say an XL model truck......may be an aftermarket at that........you may want to check but it looks to me as if someone has swapped those into your truck, I think you'll still have a completely separate parking/turn light just below what you are showing us.

There is a long rectangular one below which is orange and is used as a indicator. I willl take the light out and have a look. I know you can replace the low/high beam globe so Im assuming the park light globe is replaceable.

No. Those style of bulbs are seated in, held down with the outer ring that is held down with 4 little screws, two top, two bottom.
VERY easy to change a bulb.

Dan wins it. Un do the two top an two bottom and the light comes out. The park light globe is in the bottom right of the light (when looking straight at it). Its just a slip in socket (rubber gromet) All lights are working. Thanks all
