LEAF SPRING HANGER
I have a 94 F 150 getting ready to replace the spring hanger after getting it off what is the best way to install the new and then how to i get the leaf spring back into place??
it is the hanger just in front of the rear tire drivers side

Jack it up and support the frame with stands. Put floor jack under the rear enough to support the rear housing then remove the leaf spring bolt and move the leaf just enough either up or down to get it out of the way so you can get at the hanger. Then (grind, chisel, saw, chew, burn, twist, etc...) rivets out of the old hanger. Install new hanger with good hardware and re-install the leaf spring! EZ 123!
