I put a new TPS on my 93 f250 351 and am wondering if i need to adjust it like they do on chevy's. my check engine light is on and it is saying something is wrong with my tps. thanks
The TPS should produce about 0.9v at the closed position and this is something that needs to be verified when it are replaced, simply bolting it on is no guarantee it will be set right.
In most cases if the voltage is between 0.6VDC and 1.0VDC with the throttle closed you will be good to go. There is very little "slop" in the mount holes and screws to try and adjust. If your new one is way out of whack it could be due to someone previously fiddling with the throttle stop screw.

What test result is it? KOEO or CM?
If CM did you clear the old memory so the computer could relearn the new sensor?
After replacing a sensor always unhook the battery for 30 minutes.
After hooking the battery back up clear the memory code by grounding the STI wire and when the MIL starts to flash remove the ground from the STI wire and then drive it for 10 miles and recheck your codes.
