Parking Brake ?

Parking Brake ?
Hey guys I was wondering if anybody ever changed from a floor mounted pedal style e-brake to a better hand operated style brake(like Toyota trucks, or certain cars). How hard would it be to do something like that? I am just wondering btw.

There is a guy on here from Europe (or somewhere where they drive on the wrong side .. yes I said wrong 
lol) He has one on his truck .. He had Colt bucket seats in his truck also, so if U search that U might find him.
