AOD disassembly video
just thought I would post this, I found a interesting video on youtube of a AOD transmission being disassembled. Which is pretty interesting if you have debated on rebuilding your AOD transmission.
Here's the link to it, it's a multi-part video which should come up when you watch it in the side bar. It's all by the same guy.

he goes on to disassemble the rest of the clutch assemblies and pump and then on to the reassembly of everything.

you can go to youtube and type in "ford aod transmission rebuild" into the search box and it will pull up all the parts of the video. Also if you have the Haynes Techbook titled "Ford Automatic transmission overhaul" it goes right along with him as he does it too. That is if you are interested.
