Turning Radius adjustment asap
I purchased a new set of 18" tires and rims for my 2000 ford f25 super duty 4x4 (Diesel). After leaving the shop I noticed the front wheels rub the leaf springs in the front when I cut my wheels all the way to the extreme left or right. I probably need a 1/2" - 3/4"" clearance. I'm going on holidays in a couple of days and need to remedy this problem asap. Can I adjust the steering radius or steering knuckle to fix it ? I'm not even sure if there's a steering knuckle on her, I just discovered it late last night. I chcked around for spacers and they have to be custom made and cost $200 a pop, and still can't get them in time.

It sounds like you got wheels that don't have the proper backspacing. The spacers you are looking at will fix the current problem, but may cause your tires to rub the fenders instead, unless your overall diameter and width are the same as the old tires & wheels.
Since you are only noticing the issue at full turn, I would say try REALLY hard not to turn that tight as you have been advised. Or, go back to your old wheels and tires.
