I just put a set of BFG's on the front of my truck. I have always had good luck with them.
FYI: BFG's are made by Kelly tire for a number of years now. My old neighbor retired from Goodrich, said they quit making tires a long time ago.

I'm not sure who Kelly tire is, but they have been owned by Michelin for a while. The tire actually got sent to Michelin HQ. It may be the same company.

The tire shop that just installed my BFG's said Kelly Springfield tire is the company who makes BFG tires, but I just googled it, and your right, Michelin ownes the name, Kelly Springfield is owned by Goodyear.
