Window trim

I have a 1972 F-100 that I am taking a part so this is what im asking is there an easy way to remove the front window trim from the windshield?

Yes, Cut the windshield rubber on the inside of the cab and remove the whole windshield, rubber and stainless steel trim all in one piece. the stainless trim has a L bend on the inside of the rubber seal.... it locks in place, it will get damaged if you try to remove it by its self. lay it on some saw horses and remove the rubber from the window and the trim can be removed next.
