Yeah I tried everywhere imagineable to find one of those clips when doing my bearings as mine was mangled. No such luck. I ended up fabbing something similar that works pretty well. I initially tried it without but that was a mistake. Pretty much the same story as you.

My suggestion would be to get rid of the auto lock hubs and get a set of WARN manuals standard or premium it doesnt matter they are better stonger and more reliable than then autos. They replace the nuts with the 4 splined lock rings like most of us grew up with in the hubs of DANA 44's only in the DANA 60 size and they come with all the lock rings to replace etc.
