i have a 1986 f-150 xlt supercab. my blower motor was working fine then just quit. was working fine when i turned the truck off them 20 mins later started her back up and blower was not working. i checked the fuse and it looked good. i can find the relays. does anyone know where there at? or any ideas of what might be wrong? thanks
First thing I would do is pull the wire off the motor, and run a jumper wire from the bat + over to the motor terminal and make sure the motor is good.

On my truck, if the key switch does not spring back all the way to the RUN position... the fan does not work. This is more of a cold weather problem with my truck.
Besides what has already been mentioned above, check the blower motor resistor and switch. If it works on high but not other speeds it's the resistor etc...
Thanks for letting us know what it was. That is a atypical problem that you don't see everyday.
Just for completion sake, to adjust the ignition switch, you loosen up the screws that hold the ignition switch to the steering column and adjust it by moving it up or down, then retighten.
New switches come with a alignment pin installed. You are supposed to leave the pin in place, put the switch on loosely, hook the actuator rod into the switch, and then tighten the switch. I believe this is all done while the key is in the off position, but the instructions should tell you for sure.
