sounds like ?

suonds like a baseball card that we put in the spokes of your bike when we were kids!! 2004 5.4l larit 90000 miles.just started 2 days ago..on the left side at 5 to 10 mph.with window down you can here this sound..runs great, no vibration,no pulling,still there when brakes aplied,nothing in tires,???
