F550 2008: 2 problems in AUSTRIA

I´m a ford mechanic until 15 years in a city near vienna (50 km).
Yesterday a customer came in our shop with his Ford f550 - superduty truck.
The truck ist built 2008 and is a special production for a police special force with a view kilometers.
V8 6,4 --
TORQSHIFT 4x4
In our shop we have no datas for this typ...
The truck has 2 problems:
1. light problem
As soon as i turn the ignition on, the sidelights and the low beam lamps are on.(lighing switch in position off).
when i turn the lighting switch in position sidelights the low beam lamps are off.
The high beam switch works also.
My problem is that the lights shines also when i turn the ignition in position off. ( a view minutes)
Dayrunligt is not activatet (IDS)- no DTC´s...
The car has a lot more sidelights.
Is there a problem with the smart juncion box? update TSB 07-9-1 good ?

2. transfer gear problem
the transfer gear stays in 4x4 low. if i turn the switch in 4x4 high or 2 high the 4x4 low control light flashes.
i already controled the electronic motor on the transfer gear - the motor is ok. i checked for presende of : just in direction 4x4 low ---- in direction 2 h not...

Who has ideas ?
Thank you !!!!

The daytime running light module is a box in between the rad and the front grill.
Unplug it and see if it changes anything.
If you have no manuals, here is the ford site where by entering the VIN, you can get the manuals with the fuses listed for your exact vehicle.

Oh... welcome to America (FTE site)
Slightly off center, about 5cm X 3cm box with wires going into it... if they haven';t changed it since mine (2005 E).
One of those relays may be bad.
There is also a switch on the transfer case to say which gear it is in. Corrosion at the connector, or a bad switch, will make it not shift.
lightproblem: ignition off - the light turns off after 10 minutes --always!
Is there a way to configure the gem? daylight running light is not active (ids)

The autolamp system also keeps the
lights on for approximately 20
seconds after the ignition switch is
turned to OFF.
To change the delay time of the
autolamp feature, do the following:
1. Start with the ignition in OFF and the autolamps selected.
2. Deselect the autolamps.
3. Put the ignition in 4 (ON).
4. Put the ignition in 3 (OFF).
5. Select the autolamps. Steps 2 through 5 must be performed within a
10 second period. At this point, the headlamps and parking lamps will
turn on.
6. Deselect the autolamps after the desired autolamp delay time
(maximum of 3 minutes). At this point, the headlamps and parking
lamps will turn off.

On 2005 to 2007 F250-550 trucks, the DRL's can be disabled by placing the common side of the switch of a 12 Volt Isolation Relay to circuit 162 (Light Green with Red stripe) at the Battery Junction Box (BJB) side of the circuit, connecting the Normally Closed Relay pin to circuit 162 away from the BJB and the Normally Open Relay pin to ground. By providing a ground signal on circuit 162, the DRL Relay #1 is opened and the DRL's will not be powered.
