ABS CODE HELP...
I finnaly went through all the tips and tricks everyone gave me and still no cure for my jumping speedo and erratic abs light..i went by my local shop and he pulled a C1287 code from my ABS..i think it had something to do with a brake inhibitor relay but im not positive..anyone heard of this and what a fix would be?..i havent been able to find a tech folder on it or any related posts..thanks for all the help!

C1287- Booster Pedal Force switch circuit Failure...any idea what this means or where to start looking mabey? thanks

I'm just making an educated guess. But the booster is part of the brake master cylinder, and the Pedal Force switch is probably the Brake Pressure Switch on the master cylinder. This switch informs the PCM that there is brake pressure being applied. The PCM used that information to disengage the cruise control, among other things.
