03 6.0 injector issues

Had my mechanic run the rotunda diagnostic Engine was misfiring on 6 and 7 also had bad egr valve #8 glow plug and cam shaft sensor all items have been replaced also checked for a hp oil leak in system to correct an occasional no start when hot after all was reassembled 6 and 7 are still not working right after running self test engine runs ok not perfect turn on the AC 6 and 7 drop almost out put trans in gear they drop even more take trans out of gear turn ac off they still are out wont come back up unless self test is run again I am hoping somebody might have run into this before or might have some ideas Also Noticed this only occurs when engine is at operating temperature on cold start (70 degrees) runs smooth

Check your ICP pressure hot. CPS almost NEVER goes bad, even though it will throw a code for a "stall" event.

Have some other current issues also Ac cuts out like it would do if the fan is not working or pulling a hard grade with a load Just replaced fan clutch assembly 1000 miles back diagnostic indicates all is good i hear than fan kicking in and out so I know it is Working

Have a No start/Hard Start condition after driving ie stop at a convienece store come back wont start except with a small shot of Ether I know its a bad thing try to keep it to a short spray We figure this is a Hpo system issue Hpop was replace in 12/09 along with the J tube have also replace the upright tubes and the braided hoses I believe the y branch tube is the only one not yet replaced

on the Injector Issue we arre leaning towards Wire harness' ssems that is the only thing that would keep just those two injectors out/ dont understand why they would pickup at a higher RPM if it was an oil pressure or fuel issue wouldnt that affect all the injectors across the board?

It's from the tech folder thread at the top of this forum: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...condition.html

Could be the spool valves in the affected injectors are sticking.

I missed where you said the injectors were replaced. Sorry.

Sounds like you're on the right track checking the harness.

When you say it "cuts out", do you mean it stops working entirely, or does the air only blow out the defroster?

The Fan continues to blow but the Cold air stops

update on this ran 30 miles pulling moderate grades with a Heavy cross wind yesterday heavy acceleration at freeway speeds Cooling fan runnin hard 100 degrees outside Ac never quite blowing cold till pulled of the freeway then would not blow cold until i turned off control switch for 5-10 minute then only worked for a few minutes before started blowing humid warm air again

Mechanic is looking for hard start issue today pulling turbo to get to hpop once that is fixed will try to address the injector issue thanks for the quick reply Steve

does it sound possible all these issues are related or they might be 3 different problems
