Good afternoon Steve & Bill. Great weekend for me.
Only two more days in the PIT of Nevada & we are moving back home. We have been gone for 8 years & we need to start helping out my mom. Her memory is starting to fail.
We kids want here to have her independents & to stay at her house as long as possible. Since Vici & I have no ties to Fallon we are moving back.

Hey, any you all know about Sho Lo area? I am taking a trip out that direction this week to look at some property, and kinda wanted to hear about anything worth keeping an eye on and such! Looking to move that direction...
According to the legend, the city was named after a marathon poker game between C.E. Cooley and Marion Clark. The two men decided there was not enough room for both of them in their settlement. The two men agreed to let a game of cards decide who was to move. According to the tale, Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs (the lowest possible card) and replied, "Show low it is." The stakes were a 100,000 acre (400 km²) ranch. Show Low's main street is named "Deuce of Clubs" in remembrance.
A beautiful place in Arizona, lot's of fishin holes around.
I lived there for 62 days. I got sent for a weekend and didn't get to leave for 2 months. showlow lake and fools hollow are stocked with trout. both have walleye also. fishing is much better on the white river reservation. everyone I knew said it was "a town of people too stupid to leave" there is a lot of nice people there, not very many jobs almost no good paying jobs. too far from any real shopping if that is your thing.
having said that I loved it up there for the time I was there, I even applied for the full time position but I ended up turning it down due to the company it was for.
while I was there I was getting more money per week in perdiem and expenses than any employee at the hotel I was living at "best western paint pony lodge"
