oxygen sensor
So my truck does this thing when you start it the rpms drop down to about 500 sometimes less and its been getting worse, to where the truck dies. And in the mornings when the truck is cold it will hesitate and stall. I know that this could be a number of things but my sister was makin fun of my truck earlier and it pissed me off so now i wana get it fixed! The reason I think its the O2 sensor is cause when i had problems with the cat and i had to drive it home my buddy who was working on it took the O2 sensor out and it would rev up no problem and hauled ***! but when we put the new cat in it starting doing it again. I have a Gibson muffler on it (short dump at the muffler) that came on the truck so I was thinking its either the O2 sensor going bad or the muffler is so plugged up. Does anyone else have any ideas or opinions on my theory?
