gibson headers

I have a 99 f150 with the 5.4 it is an automatic and 4X4. I bought some gibson stainless steel headers and will be putting them on monday or tuesday. First any hints or things I need to know before I get started? also, I have a cat back and flowmaster 50 series in place now.. do not want to lose low end power.. Should I change the cats too and o2 sensors at the same time or is this overkill.. the truck has 90,000 on it.

I wouldn't change the cats or sensor, unless they have been giving you trouble they look like they need it. The o2 isn't too bad but cats are expensive to replace.
