4wd, 5 speed, i wanna say a 302... guy lives in wyoming. he used to be on here. wyoexplorer was his username. his name is drew. just talked to him today. or maybe youd rather buy his bronco? lol. they both run and drive. if you wanted, it could make a really good excuse for me to come to ATN, and id go pick it up and bring it to ya for the the price of fuel, one way.
lol - that's a long way to bring a truck. I'd be curious to know what he's asking for an 89 and how rust-free the body is. That's my big battle here is rust.
ok it is an 89 F150, xlt lariat, power everything, 5 speed, 4x4, 302, has a valve cover leak, but he has the gaskets for them, has a vibration on the highway, most likely u-joints, gas gauge is screwy, both tanks work, Grant gt steerin wheel, has the standard supercab rust that all supercabs seem to get, no frame rust or rot, reliable, AC needs recharged, clear title. $3500.
i know the guy, and have seen the truck. kinda wish i had paid more attention to it when i saw it. but its in pretty good shape overall. daily driver at the moment too.
ok. well he said he needs 3k to buy a jeep to ride his family around in, and was lookin to get the registration and insurance while hes at it. let me know, what youve got for an offer, ill try to get some pics from him, and we can go from there.
