I think so too as a stand-alone, but I worry how it looks against all the chrome/light paint though. Maybe I'm making more of it than I need to.

well, if youre worried bout how it will look against chrome, i would advise a black chrome grille.

Bill, I think the black would look better with a darker painted Explorer. jmo

Scott, that's kind of what I'm thinking...and a color change for the truck is not on the books any time soon...lol.

A can of Sherwin-Williams paint and a roller and you are in business!

On the wheel discussion from earlier, have you looked at anything Eagle Alloy puts out?

lol @ paint and roller...good idea! Backyard paint job, here we come!

I haven't looked real close at Eagle's stuff yet...going to though. I really liked the set of Granites I saw today, but the black on them, again, may be too much contrast with the light color of the truck.

I didn't get up til about 7 but I was up once about 3AM too...ugh. Makes for a long day. But I'm also finishing laundry and a couple other letters I need to be sure get mailed before I head back to work on Monday.
