I dont know if it depends on the year or not, but mine has a few phillip screws up top and a couple of snaps at the bottom.
Are you looking for a OEM replacement, upgrade, billet?
What year is your truck? some are doing a 04 conversion for the pre 04's to make it look nicer and newer. I'm going to, but no money as of yet.
LMC truck has a good selection, parts guy ed, shop powerstroke, to name a few.

I had replaced my grill with a grill from an F250 OEM. I personally like those better than the Ex. grill. There are 4 screws up top and 4 clips/snaps down on the bottom. You'll need a flat head screwdriver to pry it loose. Good luck.

Replacement is a piece of cake. Although the newer grilles and bumpers are different. I have a '00 scurshion (3 year old lingo) and replaced with an '04 style grille I found on ebay. Seller buys OE grilles and machines the lower portion to make it narrower to fit the original bumper. Also replaced the fogged out headlights.
