Grille choice help
I'm looking to change grille on my 2001 F150 XLT. I have on it now a Ford OEM bar grille insert (not very good looking / EBay purchase). I would like to keep the center emblem (reinstall on new grille) and my chrome grille shell. So many choices???
All the billet grills I see do not have emblem -Trenz / Stull / etc.

Grille choice help
Well, I purchased a Street Scene Speed Grille insert for my '98 F-150 XLT. Bought it through Summit Racing. It is pretty simple to install, it just sets into your stock grill using the supplied clips to hold it in place. I was worried about the stability of the grill due to the clips but no problems yet and seems to be pretty stable.
I have had one guy stop me at the video store and ask me where I got the grille as well as many positive comments from friends who noticed it right away. I love the way it looks and uses the exisiting stock emblem, if you still have it.
I paid about $140 for the grille inserts and $67 for the bumper insert. Let me know if you'd like to see a pic of it on my truck.
