Auxillary a/c problems

Auxillary a/c problems
I have a 2002 Excursion PSD 4X4. The a/c doesn't blow cold air from the auxillary a/c in the back. The blend door works. Checked that. It blows cold air out of the front a/c. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas. I know that the a/c is fully charged too. Checked that as well. Thanks for any information that anyone has.
