It works...
...well part of it. I took the battery out of my dads 95 windstar with a bad tranny. Charged it up and put it in my truck. All the light work except for the right side light. It was nearly dead when it was parked anyway. Hazards light. Inside lights work. Radio works though the FM doesn't seem to work though the tape player does work. This is an old after market alpine unit. I think its shot the old primitive LCD display doesn't quite work. My turn signals don't seem to work. I figure the vehicle has to be started for them to work. Wipers work also. Impressed for a vehicle parked in 93'. Now to get an engine. I should be getting one at the end of next month when i sign up for my college classes and pay for them.
Other thoughts. The dash lights are really dim you can barely see the speedometer on full blast. Anyone done the led swap on these? Also can you get a replacement buzzer. Mine seems to be dead.
