76 highboy steering problem

76 highboy steering problem
Ok so i have a 76 f250 and the steering on this truck is really confusing it has these two cylinders for the power steering i think its some sort of assist. but i need some tips and tricks on getting rid of that all that and getting some good stuff in there what do you guys think??
