Rear window not working.

I thought it may be the switch in the overhead. i took down the overhead and swapped plug on the switches and found that the switch is OK. So its probably the motor.

Its the one behind the spare. Anyone ever replaced this motor and what is involved in getting access to it.

Thanx,

did u try just freeing up the window first ?

with the hot weather returning... expansion and shrinking will make it almost like velcro sometimes

Thought mine had gone out and it was just the seal had 'stuck' to the window with more stick than the motor could overcome...

Had the wife push the button while I slipped a finger under the window and pulled....
heard a sound of "unstucking" as the window opened
then treated the seal and window to stop it from happening again....

True the motor can go out... (had one replaced by Ferd under warranty)
but just thought I'd through this out ...
