hey guys. I know old thread... LOL.. that first bronco pic is my old truck that I built. I can tell you from all the blood, sweat and tears I put into it, that it was converted from 4wd to 2wd. I did 99% of the work my self. Other than shorting the drive shaft and de-arching the leaf spring. My wife ended up making me sell it. I really miss it.

Ford made 1 Lightning Bronco 2wd, and 1 Lightning Bronco 4x4 as proto-types.
There is a local Lightning that was totalled early in its life, and re-built on a 4x4 frame. I came close to buying it, a few years ago. It would go good with my other trucks.

production wise....manymany years of looking and drooling over ALL ford trucks that 4wd to 2wd conversion is the ONLY FULL SIZE bronco i have ever seen that was 2wd...now bronco II's were bout half 4wd and half 2wd, and i know my ranger/bronco II/1st gen explorer stuff. i spent long hours and years on the ranger forums...

off topic, theres a boy at school that has a 2010 FX4 6" lift and like 35's it cost 58,*** bucks and its paid for! hes barely a sophmore...i hate him...
anyway hes barley had it 2 months and hes already raggin the dog mess out of it

off topic, theres a boy at school that has a 2010 FX4 6" lift and like 35's it cost 58,*** bucks and its paid for! hes barely a sophmore...i hate him...

One girl I knews daddy bought her a nice brand new F250 decked out lifted and everything.. well she wrecked it after having it a short while and then he bought her another brand new one butttt... It was a king ranch and decked out and lifted too. Both trucks were easily 50k.
I like knowing everything I own is payed for by me and everything is in my name though.

I hate seeing 16 year old spoiled kids driving a brand new truck that mommy and daddy bought for them. Then they beat the crap out of them and if something breaks don't worry cause mommy and daddy will pay to fix it!
