sticky window fix
Digging around on the site I read someone suggesting to use plumbers silicone grease on the tracks and upper window felt to ease windows sticking. My old worn out tracks caused the glass to "****" a little and really binded bad on the felt generally on the way up. I bought some of that plumbers grease and smeared it on the felt and used a tool to get it deep in the crevice. It worked fantastic. They roll up with almost no binding whatsoever. I know ford sells some type of lube, but I'd send reps to whomever suggested that if I just knew who it was. I bought a .5 ounce container at a plumbing supply for $2. It's waterproof so I'll see how long it lasts. It took very little to apply, so I would think this little container will last a loong time. Now hopefully my window motors will too.

You know what I read that somewhere too,can't remember where though. Ihave the same problem, well my window goes up fine but going down is my problem. Got the silcone grease but never had the time to do it. Maybe it's because my window's never get rolled down.
