2004 f250 fuse number 27 keeps popping please help

2004 f250 fuse number 27 keeps popping please help

First of all i am a new member to this site and i am having some problems with my truck. MY ac dont blow thru my vents and my turn signals dont work and my reminder for how many miles left for gas dosnt work. All of this just stop working someone please help me

parking sensors dont work also.

The diagrams on Autozone show fuse 27 is for the parking aid, compass, air suspension module, overdrive cancel switch, and floor shifter brake shift interlock.

If I were to guess wiring that might be more prone to be in harms way, I would say look at the steering column area and the shifter area. Tilt the column and see if the fuse still blows. Move the shifter to L1 and see if the fuse blows.

If any work has been done lately, like a stereo, running boards, etc. then look in those areas. If the steering column has been messed with, suspect that area.

Hi, I'm having This same issues Did you find out what was causing it? I cannot.

Fuse 27 on my 2007 F-250 diesel in ignition start run feed which is confusing

==> https://sharperday.com/products/necs...12235473551461[/QUOTE Fuse 27 on my 2007 F-250 diesel in ignition start run feed which is confusing because there’s no reference to turn signals but I am no diesel mechanic anyways ....it’s the tow haul wiring shorting out it’s difficult to see I Gave up trying to fix now for the Second time but that’s definitely the issue I ordered a new set up online for bout 42 bucks that will solve our issues no doubt I hope this helps.......remember when you go into park or reverse the wire shorts out on the metal in the steering column I was able too tape up the short but it only lasted about a year it a tricky deal for sure the wires are micro small and brittle peace everyone
