I called ford on friday. They said 50 lb.-ft. while turning hub, then back off 90 degrees. Lastly retighten to 16 lb.-in.
He said that I may have ruined the bearings, since i only drove 7 miles on them, I might be okay.
I think the main problem is that I seem to be missing pieces.
On the passenger side I'm missing the wheel retainer key.
And on both sides I'm missing one thrust washer.
I retorqued the spindle nut, I guess I'll just keep driving it, and check for play everyday.

do your self a favor and put a set of WARREN hubs and a nut conversion kit! running with out the nut lock is trouble waiting to happen! if it is the left side the nut will back off and you will run the wheel off, on the right side the nut will over torque and burn up the bearings.
