HEAD QUESTIONS??????
Hi Guys, swap is a 95 4.9 into an 86 f150 that had a bad 4.9 in it already. i am at the point where i am trying to decide to use the 95 head or the 86 head. what are the pros and cons? i know if i use the 86 head it will need a valve job. I could use the 95 head but what about plugging the extra holes? i heard you get more compression with the late model heads. What should i do? also im going carb not fuel injection. this is also my first full swap on my own, so be gentle...
