Gramma's 2002 EX

Feels good to be back in a Ford.

2002 EX Limited V-10, all stock. 110,000 miles.

Not looking to lift it, but would like to make it more comfortable. Not looking for a fancy tunes either.

What are the 'normal' upgrades that you reccomend for a daily driver?

I'm thinking a brake overhaul will be in order shorthly along with suspension upgrades. What cha got for me?

Thanks

If you do brakes, I'd recommend drilled and slotted rotors, a lot of guys here have used the Powerslot Cryo rotors and Hawk pads, personally I went with Raybestos drilled and slotted and they work great and aren't quite as expensive. I would also recommend changing all the fluids to get a fresh start and to see if any may be low or excessively neglected, and I would change to synthetics while you are at it.

The biggest problem area usually seems to be the ball joints, I suggest taking to a reputable shop you trust to check ball joints.
