Question How many engine blocks do YOU have?

OK, so I asked a similar question like this one a while back about how engine's have you built. But now coming from a different angle...how many engine blocks, FE's or not do you have lying around in your garage / shop / shed or even yard...hehe, all built-up and ready to go or all torn apart? I only have 1 extra block besides the big block 402 I'm running now...it's a shortblock 360. It is the original engine from my truck and who knows, someday it could be back in Juice only built-up a lot bigger. I would like to have some other big block FE's on hand in case I want to build something different. So, how many extra goodies do you have?

I have the original 360 block from my truck with all the pieces, a complete 390 (105) block i picked up for 75 bucks thats all torn down and the 390 i swapped into my truck...and i'm going to look a 460 block this weekend for a 477 drag build

My wife is gonna castrate me.

I'm moving soon though so most of it has to go.

Just GAVE the 360 out of my '74 supercab to a buddy. I've sold a couple in the past.

As of right now in my shop I've got:
1 302 & 1 foam block for mock up (borrowing that from a buddy)
2-3 351w
2 cummins 6bt

and I think that's it'.

I've recently gotten rid of the last FE I had and also another 302 I had sitting here.

One. A 289-2V long block that will be refreshed for my 68 Mustang whose 200-1V and C-4 will go into a 1926 T roadster - a VERY long-term project.

I've got 3 FE motors, 1 big block chevy, 1 small block chevy (434 running about 750 hp), and 2 Dodge 440's. These are all not in any vehicles. Some day I want to find a 1966 Nova for the 434.

I have over 30 blocks in several different locations:

Over a dozen 390 blocks
1 FE 1963 406 block
1 FE 428 Block
1 Dodge Slant Six engine
1 Kawasaki ZX7R engine
1 Nissan R24DET block
2 Jeep 258 engines
1 Deere 6081 8.1 liter engine

Some Mopar junk (383/440)

and others.

Some of it is mine, some I would consider my dad's.

I'm down to 2 460 blocks. The one that is currently in my truck and one spare. I gave away a complete 351M to the kid up the street a while back.

I've only got two. One is a hot 289 that I used to run in my 68 Cougar and the other is a 360 shortblock the Chasetruck754 gave me last week because he doesn't run FE's. The 360 will get stroked for one of my dents in the future.

Since everyone is mentioning their Briggs engines I may as well throw in the 11 HP horizontal I recently took off my air compressor.

Currently, I have:

-1973 Dodge 360 short block- bought it for the heads, keeping it for the steel crank and possible build up for a '69 Dart GTS "clone"

-1969 Plymouth 318, 340 clone- .030 over with the '73 360 heads, complete and running

-1962 IH Red Diamond 406 I6- complete but in boxes, waiting for monsterization

-18 hp B&S horizontally opposed twin, unknown year, complete and running

-1982 Ford 370 2V and Allison AT540, 38000 miles, complete and running, don't know what I'm doing with them yet but they were free

-almost forgot...unknown year Ford 200 I6 1BBL industrial engine, complete and running
