batteries

is it possible for one battery to go bad and draw the other one down? both my batteries were replaced at the same time( a few years ago) and i have been having to get jumped twice in the last 2 day from them not holding a charge. or is it just time to do both?

Yes one dead one can pull the other one down and if allowed to go for a long enough time can kill the good one. Its best to replace them both about the same time and same cranking amps in my opinion.

I ended up with Exide. Yep had the old ones tested. One was bad and the other was getting there.

Definately replace both at the same time, otherwise you'll be in the same boat soon enough.

Had that happen to mine a couple months ago.

They seem to have a lot longer life if you replace both of them at the same time.
