New Exhaust
Just installed my downpipe back Diamond Eye exhaust. I had to customize the cat delete pipe. The holes in the flange were not wide enough so I had to grind them out. Then had to cut the outside of the flange to get the nuts to clear the lip. Then the tailpipe section doesn't fit very good. It sets about 1" from my spare tire. Not really happy w/ these two things. Got it all togther and bolted it all up. My 2 hour project took 4 1/2 hrs. That's the way it goes for me when I do stuff at home. My labor is cheap, I just wish the system was correct. The guy I bought the system from is going to call Diamond Eye and find out what the deal is. He said they are a great company that stands by their product. We will see.....

Some people have great luck with the Diamond Eye products, some aren't as good for fitment. Not sure why.
I know what you mean about 2 hour projects lasting twice as long. I do everything I can myself but it usually takes longer than it should.
