Sorry Jose, no experience with alliant power but I thought the vacuum pumps were like our fuel pumps...all made by the same company. I could be wrong but I've never heard a bad report on any of the NEW pumps. The re-mans are hit or miss though. I've had a couple go bad right away. Is this a re-man or new?

Yes I have heard sad histories about the Re-man vac pump, specially with that from AZ. I really dont know if it is new or not, I have to ask.
