05 Exp clunk while accel or braking hard?

05 Exp clunk while accel or braking hard?
I have an 05 Expedition and the latest problem is a clunk when I accelerate hard or brake hard. I have had the front end apart twice. New lower Ball Joints which had some play, New stabilizer end links which had some play, New shock/strut assembly (Tires were wearing funny). I checked the upper BJ's, upper and lower control arm bushings and cannot find the source. Has anyone had this type of problem? Could it be engine or trans mount? Rear suspension? It is hard to figure out where it is coming from, I assumed it was the front end but I do not have a lift and it hard to be underneath while accelerating. Any ideas or experience on this one anyone?
