obd1 codes

93 f250 5.8 just swapped engine with 93 f150 5.8 wont run right stalles at 1900 rpm.
got codes now 111,10,122,128,212,327,337,452,542


If this my truck would have done shot it!

I'd have to review the wiring diagram but off hand just reading all the codes you posted you might have simply missed a ground on the upper intake? when putting it together.

Either that or you missed more then one circuit, have a hand full of bad sensors, or a damaged harness. Oh and forgot the vac line to the map sensor.

How it passed KOEO test?

In my testing I pulled different things just see if it changed things, so I think I had a lot of false codes

pulled the cable off the battery ,system cleared. New codes
111,10,512
111 system pass koeo
10 test over
(cm)
512 keep alive memory test failure Think it's because the battery was unhooked

Test Drive
111,10,128,212
111 system pass koeo
10 test over
(cm)
128 MAP sensor /vacuum hose disconnected or damaged
212 loss of ignition diagnostic monitor signal/Spout circuit grounded

Changed MAP

pulled the cable off the battery ,system cleared. New codes
111,10,512
111 system pass koeo
10 test over
(cm)

So I thank the ignition system is failing (212) the truck falls on its face. loss of vac code (128)

What do I test to figure out what the 212 is?

Did you swap the motor alone and use only the wiring that has always been in the F250?

Check the spout connector, its a little gray plug by the brake booster. If it is plugged up then follow the wires back both ways and check for damage. If the spout connector is grounding out somewhere then it would not advance the timing which would cause the low vac reading. The timing not advancing would also cause it to fall on its face during acc.

That's bad.... even in the same year there may be wiring pinout differences between truck models, you need to put the F250 wiring back on the motor.. I bet all your issues will immediately disappear.
