Replacing rear pcv hose

Thanks to this forum I was able to pinpoint the reason my wife's 03 expedition was getting the lean on bank 1 and 2 codes. The hose from the pcv that attaches to the rear of the intake manifold has a hole in it. I could hear the whistle and felt my finger get sucked in when I put it next to the hole. I am waiting to go to the dealer tommorow morning to buy this hose. I was wondering if this hose is just pressure fitted to the piece it attaches to in the intake manifold. I was also wondering if I have to remove anything in particular to replace this part. It seems like an easy fix, but I would to change it early in the morning before the wife goes to work and want to be prepared.

Thanks in advance.
