You can check with the manufacturer of choice and ask them how much lower than stock their kit will drop your truck. Typical is 4-6 inches. With dropped spindles on top of that, your bumper will be a draggin'. ;-)
The positioning of the Mustange II suspension will change the height of the spindle RELATIVE TO THE FRAME. Or said another way, the distance/height from the top of your frame to the center of your wheel, with the suspension sitting at it's normal ride height WILL CHANGE.
Then check what that will be with the Mustang II front suspension sitting at is "normal ride height". That is, where will the spindle be with the suspension not up or down from it's design ride height height.
Compare that to your existing height. That will determine how much frame drop you're going to get with just that modification.
Then decide if you want another two-inches of frame drop.
Believe me, it will be too low! I put Mustang ll in my '56 and with the stock spindles it had the bumper dragging on any bump. I finally put 450# front springs in it and now it works great!
Anything you do to RAISE the vehicle height by using air bags and/or longer springs will actually LOWER the upper control arm. It can get to a point where it is so low that there is little or no suspension travel DOWN. (The suspension must be able to travel up and down.)
This is mine as it sits with the Modifications you mentioned above, including the 2" dropped spindles. There is 7" clearance from the bumper to the ground. I disagree with old F1, it is not too low, it is just right!

On the Heidt's PX-105 crossmember, the spindle center line ends up 1/4 inch below the bottom of the frame with the standard spindle and the lower control arms level.
Adjust your figures accordingly from there as a reference point.
B/B Ford,I like your stance of your truck. I'm using the Mustang 2 with stock spindles, my question for you, is your upper control arm level with the ground or is it slightly angled down with all the front clip on?
Mine right now is that way but I don't have all the sheet metal on yet. When I stand on the front frame horn with my girlie 200 lbs the upper control arm is almost level on that side. The other question I have is your rake on your truck about 3" back to front ?
