Those pull offs are stupid. They prove NOTHING. Traction is key. A Duramax is far more powerful than the old IDIs.
You could throw a trailer on that Ford and it wouldn't squat. Throw the same trailer on that Chevy and it will squat like a bitch.

4x4 High range, and lockers would help.
Since the ford is sitting so front heavy, as in the nose is really low, does that reduce rear axle traction? The Duratrash is basically level...

key is to get as high as a hitch point as possible. puts more weight on your rear end and picks his off the ground.
