Is local Ford parts department out of their mind?

Man. The place I use doesn't even care weather you have the vehicle or not.
I simply say "I need a steering wheel for a 1995 f250 with Cruise". Then tell me the price and they ship it out.

Went buy Aluminum rear diff cover at local ford dealer. Guy behind counter said it would not fit my F-250. I said yes it will. He said can't sell you it won't fit. Finaly gave up becuase of his rudeness. Also told me he could not sell me the Ford flag that was on display because it was "DIRTY"! If they don't want to work just QUIT and lay on the couch.
Uninformed, non-ford enthusiast, your average everyday counter guy, stuck in a job he hates or finds uninteresting. You need to find a guy like ed or myself. I can't imagine what you people have to go through with some of the local idiots for parts. I know, i deal with them daily, If i didn't have part numbers for stuff i'm chassing i can't imagine some of them looking these things up.In reguards to the diff cover I'd be like "Buddy, The super-Duty rear axl is the same since 99, check your numbers" the whole cover thing is something I figured out as soon as our first 6.4L dropped on the lot, and I put one on my truck with in a week. I love my Job, but further more, I love FoMoCo, Mustangs, and Super-Duty's and thats what makes me so good at what I do.
Ok, I'm done ranting today.
