I spend most of my time on the 04 f150 and off topic forums. I didn't know this Ga forum was here till now. Live in Morganton work in Marietta at the Big L.--Jack
Howdy, Howdy. I'm up here in N. Ga. Been busy with the Diesel pages and working on a F250 4x4 and a F350 Dually (both 6.9 IDI's). Spent all afternoon Saturday pulling parts off a '46 for a '47 4x4 project I'm working on. Like knowing that we have other folks in Ga.
Jason, Good platform! I have about the same stepup-except with a diesel power plant. My IFS is about to blow-already going clunk. I'm looking for a Dana 60 for mine now. Just missed a Heavy Duty Jeep truck w/d60's front and rear and a blown motor by 30 minutes last weekend (only $500.00 for whole thing and 8lug to boot). Gotta go, headed down to Daytona in the morning. Later, Mountain
I'm a definite new user but have already found valuable info in the FTE Forums. I like '89 F150s....fixed up one and now I'm on the second one. Found this one sitting in a pecan orchard and have put a lot of new parts on it....only has 68K miles...5.0L with E4OD trans. I live in the Flowery Branch area (Hall County) and surely would like to find a friendly "lovingly used parts yard" nearby.....any ideas?
Best....Don

Howdy! I'm not a full-on noob. I've been hanging out in the Ranger forum but thought I'd pop in to say hey to fellow georgians. I'm in Conyers. I drive a 98 Ranger 4X2 3.0L, and have been having fun learning to work on it to avoid the stealership.
