Rough idle and stalling??
I'm getting very sick of my truck having this rough idle problem and then sometimes will stall sitting at the street lights. this problem doesnt happen all the time but at least 75% of the time. iave changed my fuel filter, nothing! i dont know where else to start looking??? its a 2001 f350 7.3 ltr

Yea, put the old one back in if there's no issues with it and keep the grey one around as a spare, if it still doesn't clear up I'd suspect the IPR. IPR seems to pertain to misfires, ruff running and most complain about a slight miss before the IPR completely fails.
