It is a dealer only part.
Take your truck down and tell them you're missing the key. Most dealers have a collection of them so they can try each and tell you which will fit.

Go to the dealership, ask to use their master set to find which key yours is. After you find which number it is, go to mcgard.com to get their customer support number, and you can order a new one for around $25.
