d*mmit, not again...
so for the 86 millionth time--she stranded me. again. for 4 hours on the h-1 freeway near kapolei. this time it was the tank selector valve, got frozen in the middle and wouldnt get fuel from either tank....this is a working tow truck, i had just made $149.00 on a bike tow....and then spent $375.00 to get towed home myself... plus $291.00 for the new valve from ford....and 2 days of wrenching in the garage to get it fixed,covered in smelly diesel fuel. i am really really REALLY starting to not like this damn truck................plus now im paranoid to go get any tows--what if it goes down again ?.......

So you went to switch tanks and it froze when switching? $291 for the valve? Ouch!!
The joy of being self employed.....want to hear about the main hydraulic pump going in my excavator? That's a $10K part to start with.

Besides if you sold it the fuel selector switch would be the last thing to break for the next 100k miles lol

well, it does have a knock in the motor--but its also got a banks turbo, a new wheel lift, a recoveryboom and 9000lb winch, complete dolly set, a rebuilt e40d, the manual lever transfer case, warn manual hub conversion, etc...i dunno. have no idea what its worth. and i do have a spare 7.3 on the side that i was gonna overhaul then swap. but i am SICK of getting " forked by the fickle fingers of fate " so if i could find someone to buy me out i would probably do it....seriously. its just getting to be to much between the damn truck breaking, getting pulled over for bs traffic tickets, trying to restore the vette and dealing with the crazy ex...somethins gotta go !

didnt realize he was in Hawaii.... that puts a damper on it. not sure what shipping would be. atleast im in california. short trip. tell you what, i'll give you 1k just to drive it here HAHAHA
