i hear some people talk about a cat pipe, did some of these trucks have a cat n em>> i know that mine didnt

Yep.. mine has a cat... I think it depends on which state the truck was shipped to when new...

I was under the impression that only the early 99's and the cali trucks had a cat. I may be wrong about the cali's,but both of my e99's had a cat.
