Nojoke that is a BAD car right there! Sounds like a normal stang with exhaust at idle and looks like a PURE SLEEPER

thanks. It was just a old beat up shell that went like hell. On a very mild tune due to lack of fuel it made 513 hp and 498 tq. Ran a best 1/4 mile of 10.64@131. It was built to be a 9.8/9.9 car but never got it there. With a few suspension upgrades and bigger fuel injectors it would have been there. Unfortunately I got hurt and had to sell it.

So people can't talk about or enjoy racing their pickup at the track?

My diesel is far more fun to drag race at the track than my supercharged Mustang is.

Some people just don't get it. My old Ford escort was more fun then my drag car for the simple fact that I had to make everything and there is no aftermarket support. It was great to design something and go see it go a 1/10 faster every time out. It didn't matter how fast it was it was just the fun of being there.

The whole automatic vs manual helps too!

It is hard to be consistent in the mustang with the manual. A set of slicks rather than drag radials would certainly help too.

Absolutely. I has just swapped a c4 into the car before I sold it but never got to run with it. I love a manual valve body auto. Still get to shift how you want but no hassles of a clutch.
