Hello Ontario!
I have a 92 superduty 4x4 xhydro truck with a 5.8V8 the passengerside manifold has a hole in it, Ive already sent it in and payed 5bills and its worse then when I started and a new manifold from ford is 5bills so now Im looking for a good used one that i can machine and install myself also im interested in any information on how much of the extra air crap on this truck I can remove and still pass the Etest BLACKCLOUD

Blackcloud: My understanding of your question,is will the 5.0 and 5.7 exhaust manifold interchange? Yes and no. By that tthey have to be for a truck and not a car because the EXIT is angled a little different. Other question on air lines or vac lines: I would be very carfull because you will maybe change the way it runs for the worse. IT has to have some back preasure and you can not overide the computer requirements.
