Just ordered a new gps for the Ex from amazon @ good price for the 5" screen and thought I had done good !
Then went to buy my wife a new phone and got her the Motorola Droid which was super, but she decided she didn't need the keyboard, and it was a bit heavy, so got the "iPhone-like" HTC Incredible from Verizon Wireless....
WOW, what a phone - all the formal reviews say it kills the iPhone in all things other than the # of apps offered.... well, with 40k apps and growing now - it's enough for us !!!
The super cool audio google search and automatic directions/navigation will make the gps industry take notice!!!

OOH YEAH, another Droid thread. Yeah, ordered my GPS, got my G1, returned my GPS. I don't even carry around an MP3 player anymore. Got a generic(chinese made) stereo for the EX, and it works great to control the music and phone call functions thru BT on the G1. If I could figure out how to change a diaper from the drivers seat I'd sell the house. Check out a program called PDA-Net.

yes sir yes sir......... i'm an droid-a-haulic, 1st "smart" phone i've ever had, and i use it more and more every day!!

So it looks like a lot of X owners love the Droid too. I'm on my Droid in Detroit waiting for my company truck to get fixed. I love my X and Droid.
