I used a Tuff Country for the front of mine. I raised the front just over 1.5'', and took about 4 hours with just hand tools to install. I got mine at Les Schwab, a local tire and alignment store, but I think you can get them at most any 4x4 accessory shop. The front kit I used cost $99.
I have a used set of front sitting out back... I believe Tuff Country. They came on the truck, and I couldn't stand them - just made the ride way to harsh. I replaced with new Tuff Country EZ ride spring packs. Add-a-leaf may be more bearable on your truck with the extra weight of diesel sitting on them. I'll make you a rippin' deal on them if you pay shipping.... PM me.
i put a one inch tuff country add a leaf in the front of my f-350 and love it. except the factory springs now axle wrap when i use 4wd because they sagged so much. i took my rear springs to a spring shop and had a custom long add a leaf made its now third from the top main leaf. gave me a little lift in the rear and it really helped with payload and it fixed some axle wrap.
